Role Requirements:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Contribute across the stack, impacting both our Web and Backend codebases to drive company and product progress.
- Design and implement the architecture for new product features, utilizing technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Node, and React.
- Demonstrate expertise in modern web frameworks, databases, and structured development (components, GIT, SCRUM).
- Design scalable architectures for new features, ensuring robust support for our scale.
- Collaborate closely with the AI team to seamlessly integrate LLM models with the backend infrastructure.
- Lead projects and make product decisions based on customer interaction.
- Design REST API contracts for internal and public consumers, prioritizing ease of use and performance.
- Advocate for innovative techniques and technologies to enhance our backend technology stack.
- Represent Reap's Product & Engineering values internally and externally.
